In this workshop we will play with and explore Sirsasana – or headstand as it is popularly known. We will ask lots of questions – Why do we headstand and what are the benefits? What holds us back from inversions and headstand in particular? Are there any fears standing in your way? How do we approach headstand in a safe and calm way? Sirsasana is one of the very classic yoga postures and teaches us so much. It will be a chance to play, explore and try things out in a completely safe space.
